Refund policy

The seller will bear the shipping costs in the following situations:

1. If the buyer finds any damage or missing parts upon receiving the goods, they should return them.

2. If the buyer finds quality problems upon receiving the goods and needs to replace parts.

Note: Please provide clear photos and videos to customer service so we can better process refunds or exchanges.

The buyer will bear the shipping costs in the following situations:

2. The buyer does not like the product after purchase, and it has been more than 30 days (unused).

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

Note 1: Whether the product is missing parts, damaged, or has some functions that are not working properly, please be sure to provide pictures and videos. This will more clearly show the problem you need to solve, and we can better understand the help you need.

Note 2: When returning goods, please ensure that the goods are intact (excluding damaged goods), and that the original packaging and accessories are the same quantity as when received. Note 3: Please contact customer service to confirm the return address before returning the item. If the buyer returns the item directly, no refund will be issued for any issues that may arise. Please be aware of this.
