Please review our shipping policy below for information about order processing, custom product manufacturing, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and international shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard in-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to order preparation and handling before shipment. It does not include product manufacturing time for custom or made-to-order items.

Orders may require additional processing time during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

2. Custom Products & Production Lead Time

Certain automotive parts sold by Alchemy Ride are made to order, customized, or manufactured specifically for the buyer's vehicle or specifications.

Custom Carbon Fiber Products: Large carbon fiber exterior parts, including carbon fiber body kits, spoilers, front lips, rear diffusers, side skirts, and other made-to-order exterior components, generally require approximately 3–4 weeks for production after payment confirmation and final specification approval.

This production period is an estimate and may vary depending on:

• Product size and complexity.

• Custom design, finish, or configuration requirements.

• Material availability.

• Manufacturing workload and production scheduling.

• Quality inspection and other manufacturing requirements.

Other Customized Products: Custom headlights, taillights, and other specially configured automotive products may require additional manufacturing time depending on the customization requirements. The estimated production timeline will be provided on the relevant product page or confirmed by our customer service team.

Important Production Time Notice

The production lead time is separate from the shipping and delivery time.

For example, a custom carbon fiber exterior product requiring 3–4 weeks of production will need additional time for shipping after manufacturing and quality inspection are completed.

Production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly confirmed in writing by Alchemy Ride.

Once production or customization has begun, the order cannot be canceled due to buyer's remorse, changes in personal preference, or incorrect specifications provided or approved by the buyer, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

If production is significantly delayed, our customer service team may contact the buyer with an updated estimated timeline.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide.

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, product dimensions, weight, and shipping method.

Certain oversized, customized, or restricted products may have limited shipping availability to specific countries or regions.

If a destination cannot be serviced, Alchemy Ride will notify the customer and discuss the available options.

4. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

The following estimates apply to orders after they have been processed, manufactured where applicable, and dispatched by the carrier.

These are estimated shipping times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Total Estimated Fulfillment Time: For custom products, the total time before delivery generally includes order processing, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping. Buyers should account for the applicable production lead time in addition to the estimated shipping time shown above.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, dimensions, and available shipping methods.

For oversized or bulky automotive products, including large carbon fiber exterior components, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the buyer before shipment where additional arrangements are required.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed at checkout and are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available.

You can track your order through the carrier's website or through our Track123 tracking page.

Please note that tracking information may take several business days to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.

For custom-made products, tracking information is generally provided after manufacturing, quality inspection, and dispatch have been completed.

An order status notification or automated shipping email does not necessarily mean that the package has already been handed over to the carrier. Please refer to the tracking information for the latest shipment status.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing by Alchemy Ride, these charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into the destination country and for providing any information or documentation reasonably required for customs clearance.

Alchemy Ride is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or processing by government authorities.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned because the buyer fails to pay applicable import charges or provide required customs information, additional shipping, storage, or handling costs may be charged to the buyer where permitted by law.

Any refund or return associated with an undeliverable international shipment will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable legal requirements.

8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing components, please contact us at info@alchemyride.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging.

• Photos or videos showing the damage or missing components.

• Any additional information reasonably requested by our customer service team.

Please retain the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as it may be required for carrier inspection.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information indicates that a shipment has been lost, or if your order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@alchemyride.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will review the shipment status with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines. A shipment that is delayed but still in transit does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

Any resolution will depend on the shipment investigation, the circumstances of the delay or loss, and applicable legal obligations.
