Shipping policy

Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, including preparation and shipment.
For pre-ordered products, please allow 24-48 hours for delivery after the ready date (as indicated in the product description).

Tracking and Shipping

Once your order is processed, we will provide a tracking number via email and text message. Please note that all products require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and ensure delivery.

If a customer reports that they did not receive a product, but someone else signed for it, we will consider the package lost or stolen. In this case, the customer must file a police report and provide a copy so that we can file a claim with the carrier.

Once the product is received and signed for, our responsibility ends. From then on, it is the customer's responsibility to track and protect the package. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to protect against damage and theft.

If you live in an apartment or condominium complex, your order will be shipped to the nearest UPS or FedEx location. A pickup fee may apply upon delivery, which is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Location and Delivery Time
All packages are manufactured and shipped from China. Depending on your location, delivery may take 2-9 business days.

Shipping Methods and Insurance
All orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground or USPS Express Mail. We strongly recommend purchasing optional insurance for your package to protect against theft and damage. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, Alchemyride is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to your package; you must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. Insurance does not cover user error or damage during installation.
