Installation
Professional installation is recommended. After replacement, test the vehicle in a safe, empty area before driving on the road.
- Safely raise and support the vehicle, then remove the front wheels.
- Disconnect the sway bar link and any brackets, then unbolt the strut from the lower mount and the upper mount.
- Install the new complete strut assembly on the correct side. No spring compressor is needed.
- Torque all fasteners to factory specifications with the suspension at ride height, then get a wheel alignment.
