Installation
Professional installation is recommended. After replacement, test the vehicle in a safe, empty area before driving on the road.
- Safely raise and support the vehicle, then remove the rear wheels.
- Access the upper mount, support the rear suspension, and unbolt the strut from its lower and upper mounts.
- Install the new complete assembly on the correct side. No spring compressor is needed.
- Torque all fasteners to factory specifications with the suspension at normal ride height, then get a wheel alignment.
