Installation
Professional installation is recommended. After replacement, test the vehicle in a safe, empty area before driving on the road.
- Safely raise and support the vehicle, and support the suspension so it is not hanging on the struts or shocks.
- Front: unbolt the strut from the upper mount and the spindle, then install the new strut.
- Rear: unbolt the shock from the upper and lower mounts, then install the new shock.
- Torque all fasteners to factory specifications with the suspension at normal ride height, then get a wheel alignment.
