Test-fit and mark the position before removing the tape liner; clean and dry the mounting surface, then follow the tape manufacturer's preparation and curing guidance. Check that the hatch opens freely and that the trim does not interfere with visibility or nearby components. The listed tape method does not establish a universal no-drill or perfect-fit guarantee.
