Dry Carbon Fiber Rear Trunk Spoiler for BMW G42 2 Series & G87 M2 (2022-2023)
A vehicle-specific trunk spoiler moulded for the G42 coupe boot lid, shared by the 220i, 230i and the G87 M2. It raises the trailing edge of the trunk into a subtle ducktail, which is the detail the standard car is missing next to the rest of its wide-hipped stance. Construction is premium 3x3 weave carbon fiber under a UV-resistant high-gloss coating, keeping the part light and the weave sharp, and it drops straight onto the factory trunk lid as a direct replacement for the OEM spoiler shape with no cutting or modification. Self-adhesive tape is included.

Installation
- Clean and degrease the trailing edge of the trunk lid, then dry it fully.
- Dry-fit the spoiler and mark the alignment at both ends before removing the tape liner.
- Peel the liner, set the spoiler on the marks and press firmly along its full length.
- Keep the car dry for 24-48 hours so the adhesive can cure.
FAQ
Is cutting or drilling needed? No. It mounts on the factory trunk lid with the included tape.
Does it fit the previous F87 M2? No. This spoiler is moulded for the G87 and G42 trunk lid.
Does it fit the 2 Series Gran Coupe? No. The F44 Gran Coupe is a different four-door platform.
Does one part cover both the 230i and the M2? Yes, the G42 and G87 share the same coupe boot lid.
