The BMW G22 4 Series and G82 M4 share the same CLAR-platform two-door coupe body, including an identical rear trunk lid profile — a wide, low-slung fastback-influenced coupe trunk that transitions from the roofline into a pronounced trailing edge. One spoiler fits both: the G22 420i, 430i, M440i and all G82 M4 variants share the same rear trunk lid geometry. This carbon fiber rear trunk spoiler mounts at the trailing edge of the G22/G82's trunk lid using double-sided adhesive tape — no drilling, no modification to the factory lid. It adds a carbon trailing edge accent that sharpens the coupe's rear roofline-to-trunk transition and adds rear downforce at the lid's lowest trailing point, consistent with the M Performance carbon rear spoiler available from BMW for the G22 and G82 platforms.
