Carbon Fiber Rear Trunk Spoiler for BMW G30 and F90 M5
Add a gloss carbon-fiber accent along the upper rear edge of your sedan's trunk. This product is a trunk spoiler, not a complete replacement trunk lid or full body kit.
Listed vehicle fitment
- BMW 5 Series G30 Sedan, Base and M Sport.
- G30 configurations named in the source: 520i, 530i, 530e, 540i, M550i, 518d, 520d, 525d, 530d, 540d and M550d.
- BMW F90 M5 Sedan.
- Combined model-year range supplied: 2017–2023.
The source groups these models and years together without verifying every trim/year, market or drivetrain combination. Confirm the exact chassis, model year, trunk profile and original spoiler arrangement before ordering. The combined range does not establish every F90 M5 application from 2017 onward. Other chassis, Touring body styles and modified trunk lids are not established applications.
Material and finish
- Genuine 3×3 weave carbon fiber, according to the original specification.
- Glossy surface with a double-layer UV-protected clear coating.
- Dry-carbon construction and a specific curing process are not documented.
The source uses “M Performance” as styling wording; it does not establish this aftermarket product as a genuine BMW accessory.
Installation
Double-sided mounting tape is listed as included, and the source describes installation without drilling or modification. Test-fit and align the spoiler before removing the adhesive backing. Clean and dry the mounting surface and follow the adhesive manufacturer's preparation and curing instructions.
Check clearance around existing trim, any factory spoiler and the trunk's opening path before final attachment. The source does not specify removal of an original spoiler or coverage of existing mounting holes. Confirm the mounting arrangement first. Professional installation is recommended if fitment or surface condition is uncertain. A fixed installation time is not promised.
Package details
The source lists a trunk spoiler and tape. Exact piece count, dimensions and accessory quantities are not specified; confirm package contents before purchase.
