BMW G87 M2 Base Coupe Carbon Fiber Replacement Trunk Lid Cover, 2023+

Carbon Fiber Replacement-Style Trunk Lid Cover for BMW G87 M2

Add a gloss carbon-fiber finish to the rear of your M2 coupe. This product is named as a trunk lid cover and specifies replacement-style installation. The supplied details do not establish whether it is a complete trunk lid assembly or a replacement outer panel. Confirm its structure, coverage and attachment provisions before purchase; tape-on overlay installation is not documented.

Listed Vehicle Fitment

• BMW M2 G87, Base as named in the original title.
• Body style: Coupe, 2-door.
• Year range supplied in the title and description: 2023 onward.

The open-ended 2023+ application does not separately verify every later year, production date or configuration. Confirm your exact vehicle, rear panel profile and mounting points before ordering. Other generations, trims and modified rear bodywork require separate verification.

The existing URL contains 2022–2024, which differs from the title and description. That URL does not establish 2022 compatibility or independently confirm later-year fitment. The public application here follows the explicit 2023+ specification, subject to exact-vehicle verification.

Material and Finish

• 3×3 weave carbon fiber, according to the supplied specification.
• Glossy surface with a double-layer UV-protected clear coating.
• Dry-carbon construction, inner structure and a specific curing process are not documented.

Professional Installation

The source specifies replacement-style installation and strongly recommends professional installation. Fasteners, attachment details, drilling requirements and required component transfers are not specified. Confirm the installation instructions before removing the original part.

Test-fit and check panel gaps, body clearance and secure attachment. Where the part interfaces with hinges, latch components, seals, wiring or rear equipment, verify the necessary provisions and transfers. Check full opening, closing and positive latch engagement before use. Do not force fitment or assume all original components transfer without further work.

Package Details

The product is listed as a trunk lid cover. Exact piece count, dimensions, inner-panel construction and accessory quantities are not specified. Hinges, latch components, seals, wiring, emblems and mounting hardware are not confirmed as included. Verify package contents and structural suitability for the intended replacement before purchase.
