Mercedes-Benz W205 Sport / C43 AMG Sedan Carbon Front Lip 2019–2021

Carbon Fiber Front Lip for W205 Sport / C43 AMG Sedan

Add a gloss woven-carbon accent along the lower front bumper of your W205 sedan. This item's source names C250, C300 and C350 Sport models together with C43 AMG, and lists self-tapping screws and tape for installation. Match the actual bumper profile and attachment surfaces before ordering.

Source-Listed Fitment

• Platform and body: Mercedes-Benz C-Class W205 Sedan.
• Models: C250, C300 and C350 with the listed Sport bumper configuration; C43 AMG Sedan.
• Year listing: 2019–2021. The detailed table presents the years as “(2019) 2020 2021.”
• Explicit exclusions: W205 Base and C63 AMG models.

The parentheses around 2019 are retained here as a source qualification, not interpreted as unconditional fitment. Confirm VIN, production date, actual bumper contour and mounting points, especially for 2019 vehicles and production-change boundaries. The combined model/year list does not establish that each engine designation was offered or supported in every year and market.

The detailed source and introduction both include C250, although the original title omits it. C200 appears in the URL only and is not included as a verified application. Sport wording does not establish compatibility with every regional appearance package. Confirm the actual bumper rather than relying on badges or registration year.

Coupe, convertible, estate, earlier bumpers and aftermarket bumper conversions are not established applications. Existing C63 search tags do not override the explicit C63 exclusion. This lip is not interchangeable with a C63-specific lip merely because both products use the W205 designation.

Material and Finish

• Source-specified 3x3 weave carbon fiber.
• Hand-laid construction described using pre-impregnated carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin.
• Gloss, double-layer UV-protected clear coating.
• Source-described development using 3D laser scanning, CAD, CNC moulding and vehicle trial installation.

No separate dry- or wet-carbon manufacturing verification is supplied; pre-impregnated cloth alone is not treated as proof of dry manufacture. Laminate schedule, backing material, thickness, dimensions and measured net weight are not documented.

UV protection does not guarantee permanent resistance to fading or discoloration. Design methods and trial installation do not guarantee identical fit on every vehicle. No aerodynamic testing or measured weight comparison is supplied, so increased downforce, traction, handling, reduced drag, improved fuel economy or quantified weight savings are not claimed. This is an exterior styling component, not structural bumper reinforcement or crash protection.

Listed Item and Accessories

• Carbon fiber front bumper lip; physical piece count is not stated.
• Self-tapping screws.
• Installation tape.

No screw quantities, tape grade, pre-application status, bracket inventory or detailed fitting diagram is supplied. Confirm the complete packing list and any required original fittings before installation. The source does not define a one-piece or multi-piece molding configuration, and no such option is inferred from other listings. This is a front lip, not a complete bumper or body kit.

Professional Installation

1. Inspect the actual Sport/C43 bumper and underside fixing surfaces for damage, repairs or modifications. Check the qualified 2019 application before disassembly.
2. Trial-fit before applying tape or drilling. Confirm the full contour, alignment, contact area and intended attachment points without forcing the composite or pulling a mismatched part into shape.
3. Keep cooling openings, sensors, lamps, towing access and service points clear. Check steering clearance where relevant, ground clearance and approach clearance.
4. Inspect behind proposed screw locations for wiring, ducts and other components. Included self-tapping screws do not establish no-drill fitting. No drilling template or torque specification is supplied.
5. Clean and fully dry compatible bonding surfaces. Follow the tape manufacturer's application temperature, pressure and curing instructions. Included tape is not necessarily pre-applied.
6. Use the verified mechanical fastening arrangement without crushing or overtightening the laminate. Tape alone must not replace required mechanical retention.
7. Check secure attachment, relevant equipment functions and operating clearances before driving. Inspect periodically and after scraping or impact.

Professional installation is recommended. No fixed fitting time, universal no-modification claim or perfect-fit guarantee is made. Do not drive with loose pieces, cracked mounting areas or interference with vehicle operation. Do not use the lip as a step, jack point or support.

Care

Clean with a soft cloth and non-abrasive products compatible with the gloss coating. Avoid strong solvents and high-pressure water directed at edges or bonded areas. Observe adhesive curing requirements before washing. Inspect the coating, laminate and fasteners regularly, especially after ground contact.
