Carbon Fiber Engine Hood Cover for Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon W463 (2004-2018)
A carbon fiber cover for the bonnet of the classic square-body G-Wagon, adding a woven carbon panel to the flattest, most visible surface on the car without touching the original paintwork underneath. It is moulded from quality 3x3 weave carbon fiber and finished with a double-layer UV-protected clear coat for a deep, even gloss that stands up to sunlight. Mounting is tape-on with the adhesive supplied, so nothing is cut or drilled and the panel can be removed later.

Installation
- Clean and degrease the bonnet surface, then let it dry fully. Warm conditions help the tape bond.
- Dry-fit the cover and mark the alignment carefully before peeling the tape backing, as a large panel is hard to reposition.
- Press firmly across the whole panel once positioned, working from the centre outward.
- Keep the vehicle dry for 24 hours before washing.
FAQ
Is this a full replacement bonnet? No. It is a cover that mounts onto the existing bonnet.
Is drilling required? No. It mounts on the supplied adhesive tape.
Does it fit the new G-Class? No. The 2019 and newer W464 is a different body.
Will the finish fade? The double-layer UV-protected clear coat is there to resist fading and discolouration outdoors.
