Intake & Exhaust VVT Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Kit for GM 2.0L, 2.2L & 2.4L
A set of two new variable valve timing (VVT) camshaft position actuator solenoids, one intake and one exhaust, for GM vehicles with the 2.0L, 2.2L or 2.4L 4-cylinder engine. The kit replaces intake solenoid 12655420 and exhaust solenoid 12655421.

Installation
- With the engine off and cool, disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Unplug the electrical connector and remove the solenoid mounting bolt.
- Remove the old solenoid and install the new one in the correct intake or exhaust position with a light coat of clean engine oil on the seal.
- Torque the bolt to factory specifications, reconnect the connector and battery, and clear any stored fault codes.
FAQ
Are both intake and exhaust solenoids included? Yes. The kit includes one of each.
Does it fit V6 engines? No. 2.0L, 2.2L and 2.4L engines only.
Are the intake and exhaust solenoids interchangeable? No. Install each in its correct position.
